Louisiana Chicken Pasta was my go-to dish when I’d eat at Cheesecake Factory (I came for the bread and stayed for the pasta). Crispy chicken, caramelized mushrooms, sweet bell peppers and onions tossed in a rich and silky cajun cream sauce. When I tell you that this is my literal bowl of dreams, I am not kidding!

Since going vegan several years ago, I’ve made this pasta too many times to count, and I am finally sharing the recipe with ya’ll today! Dare I even say my vegan version is better

These lettuce cups have it all! They’re:

Basically all kinds of delicious, if ya  catch my drift.
